R.N.Spinning Mills Limited is the highest contributor in the sector of Acrylic & Synthetic yarn production in Bangladesh. Actually thinking of object came in the mind in 2003 to value addition within the country by addition backward linkage of Sweater Industries. Though this sector generated in Bangladesh in 1986 but from the beginning 100% raw materials of Sweater Industry is being imported from different foreign Countries, it means our industrial development as well as economic change completely depend on foreign countries only due to raw materials.

After more than the decades, thinking came in the mind of Mr. Abdul Kader Faruk, the key person of FAR Group about how to cover-up the backward linkage as well as increase value addition and decrease lead time of raw materials supply to Sweater Industries. But to release the obligation it will be required to note and focus that key person has also been established sweater factory in 1993 and Dyeing factory in 2001.  By considering different point to establish acrylic yarn project in Bangladesh as well searching different countries and suppliers of quality acrylic yarn raw materials, the Key person  has made up mind to establish a Acrylic & Synthetic Spinning Mills.

In sequence of thinking, R.N.Spinning Mills Limited incorporated in November 2004 as a private limited Company and location of the project has been selected in Comilla Export Processing Zone by taking allotment of 16 industrial plots from BEPZA. But it was the very initial stage of producing acrylic yarn in Bangladesh history, key sponsor change the statues of the organization into joint venture Company by inclusion Mr. Kim Jong Suk, very reputed personal of Korean National in Textile sector, to cover inadequacy of technical knowledge and to establish & run the project smoothly.  It also be here noted that Mr. Kim Jong Suk invested in the project around US $ 9.65 millions. After due course R.N.Spinning Mills Limited converted into Public Limited Company in February 2007. Now Company is the biggest project of the Country in Acrylic yarn production sector by reached 30,000 spindles of machine capacity and created employment opportunity around 1,600 persons.
