Notice for Change of 11^th EGM Venue

This is for information to all concerned that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the Board of Directors of R.N. Spinning Mills Ltd. has decided to change the venue of 11th Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of shareholders, which now to be held at Jam Jam Hotel & Resort Hall, Shankerpur, Cumilla instead of Lalmai Auditorium, Bangladesh Academy for Rural Development (BARD), Kotbari, Cumilla. Date, time and all others in connection to the EGM will remain unchanged as disclosed before. As per revised decision, particulars, among others, of the 11th EGM will be as follows:

Time : 11:00 A.M.

Venue of EGM : Jam Jam Hotel & Resort Hall, Shankerpur, Cumilla
